Editor’s Note: For a couple of years, I have had this poetic song rising up, in times of anxiety and stress. For me, I enjoy singing; hence, I am calling this poem, a poetic song. You are free to have a different opinion.
Why am I releasing it, now? It just seems the time is right. I hope and pray this tuneful poem will bless those, who read it. If you are a songwriter or singer, then please feel free to make it into an actual song.
Enjoy!
Don’t You Worry About A Thing!
Don’t you worry about a thing! For everything will be alright!
Don’t you worry little ones! For your Father cares for you.
You need not be afraid!
Do you not know that you are precious in His sight!
Don’t you worry about a thing! Don’t you worry, little ones!
For the Father is with you and Jesus will never let you go!
For there is none, who can snatch you away!
Be not afraid, little ones! You can rest securely in His arm!
Though the storms may come; though the storms may go.
You need not be afraid, for you are not alone!
Come and rest under the shadow of His wing and watch the storm pass by.
Don’t you worry little ones! For the Lord will hold you in His strong right hand.
You need not be afraid. For the Spirit will guide you in the way to go.
Don’t you worry, little ones! For everything will be alright
Don’t you worry, little ones! You can put your trust in Him.
Don’t you worry, little ones! You can cast all your anxieties upon the Lord
Be not afraid, little ones! For everything will be alright!
Be not afraid, little ones! For everything will be alright!
Beautiful Barry,
One thing I’d like to see on your blog page would be a Christmas scene to match the time of Year. It would be more popping to the viewers.
God Bless you Barry and let the Lord keep you Happy Well and Strong.
Love it, Barry! Peace is imparted in the reading; a child resting securely in his/her Father.
Thank you
I love the words, Barry. Thank you for sharing your poetic song with us and God bless you for all you do for those around you. Carole Castagna http://www.joypsalms.com
Thank you
A great reminder for me. I struggle with trust issues and to truly have a” heartfelt- knowing” that I’m loved by my Father. Our Bible Study group is studying I Peter and learning we are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation. We are cherished by Him! I can’t seem to get it into my thick head!
Just finished your book. Read it to my Mom. We both suffered but also rejoiced with you as your life was spread before us. May God direct you as you continue to serve Him with your talents.
Hi Debby. Thank yu for your kind words I’m glad that my book was of help to you and your mom.
